How to make this healing tea. Bring water to boil
Turn heat to medium
Add 1/2 cup of sliced ginger root
Add 1/4 cup of sliced tumeric. If you can’t find the Turmeric root you can use Turmeric powder 2 Tablespoons
Add 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Add 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
Cut 2 lemons in half use a lemon presser and squeeze lemon juice in the pot of water add the rest of the lemon to the water.
Add 2 packs of green Tea or Dandelion Tea to pot
Simmer for 15 minutes turn heat off. add lid and let steep for 5 minutes. Use a strainer and pour tea in a nice size mason jar preferably dark colored jar so you can enjoy all the nutrients for a period of time. . If you want your tea to be alitttle sweeter use organic honey sparingly tho…drink this tea in the morning on empty stomach or drink throughout the day. I put my tea in a thermos and drink it throughout the day. You should notice a good change in your health after 2 weeks. Especially if you give up sugar.
